If you would like to return an order, or part of an order, please return the product to:

You will be refunded full purchase price, minus shipping. Monies will be refunded back to the credit card, or payment method used for the initial purchase within 7 business days.
If you place an order, and would like to cancel, please email customerservice@ruhlman.com to inform us of your cancelation. If we receive notice before shipping, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded. Otherwise, you will need to refer to our return policy as listed above.
