Michael Ruhlman has spent many years in the upper eschelons of the culinary world, Mac Dalton many years in manufacturing. In 2010, these Cleveland natives and childhood friends created a company that manufactures unique cooking tools, tools that didn't exist or tools that were either hard to find or of dubious quality.
