Refund and Return Policy
If you would like to return an order, or part of an order, please return the product to:

You will be refunded full purchase price, minus shipping. Monies will be refunded back to the credit card, or payment method used for the initial purchase within 7 business days.
If you place an order, and would like to cancel, please email customerservice@ruhlman.com to inform us of your cancellation. If we receive notice before shipping, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded. Otherwise, you will need to refer to our return policy as listed above.

Shipping Terms
We ship ONLY to the United States via UPS. Shipping rates will be displayed to you before completing your order. Please email customerservice@ruhlman.com with any questions. We do not ship to Canada or the rest of the world at this time. Please note that UPS does NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
